Needs from our customers

By replacing the production system for outer cases using conventional spot welding and painting on the steel sheets with one by joining PCM steel and zinc sheets and caulking together, customers would like to greatly reduce the process steps and production cycle time, abolishing the welding and painting processes. At the same time, they would like to realize a production system that considers environmental issues which are recently attracting more attention from the public.However, we would like to minimize the facility investment for the issue.

Enami's development solution

Among the caulking technologies in which Enami has great strength, we have employed the instantaneous caulking technology for forming cases using multiple Draw Locks, one of the ENALOCK series, as a multi-tool. Together with using man-power at certain positions, we have ensured that the production line is highly cost effective.
